The following tables list demographically-challenged
over-performing school districts in English Language
Arts, Math, and Science and Technology for Grades 4,
8, and 10. Over-performing districts score higher on
MCAS than would be predicted by their demographic characteristics.
The following lists represent demographically-challenged
districts that had the highest combined MCAS over-performance
for 1998, 1999, and 2000.
